If an order is returned, no shipping refunds will be Are they real?
Yes, they are real Roses. NO silk flowers here.
How much water do I have to add?
Nothing. Never water them!
The idea is that they are already treated so that they last . If you add water they will dissolve and you will damage them.
Are you sure they last 1 year?
Yes, they last a LONG time. They will last 1 year if you take care of the properly.
How do I take care of the Roses?
Do not expose so direct sunlight
The flower is not edible and can Stain
Indoor use only Recommended
Treat them carefully, flowers are always delicate. Never shake, freeze or press them.
How do they do them?
The flowers are cut at the perfect cut stage and treated with a solution of glycerin, dye and other ingredients to achieve the properties we offer.
What color can I get?
Pretty much any...even you can get Preserved Roses with different colors in the same flower!
How to I use them?
That’s where your creativity starts working. Form floral arrangements, wedding bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, frames… you name it!

Of course, we can always help you with your project. That is a customized order and we love to do them!
Why is Shipping so expensive?
We have a flat rate to guarantee that Roses are in transit the minimum time possible. We ship Monday through Thursday and we try to make it as fast as possible so that the product is less exposed to extreme temperature and humidity.
With our experience, we know that the faster you get them the better the quality is.
You can choose a cheaper courrier, but we won't be able to guarantee that the product won't be damaged in transit. (We found after many disappointed clients that is not worth saving on shipping and ruining our work!)
How does shipping work?
All of our orders are being shipped as a kit to guarantee that the quality of the roses is not compromised. All orders go out with a simple tutorial to arrange the flowers. It takes less than 15min to do so.
We ship mainly to Canada & USA. We use a certified courier (DHL, Purolator, Fedex) that will ship your items carefully. It usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive, maybe less. You get your tracking number once the order is being shipped via email.
We do not ship to any P.O. Boxes, we need your signature to make sure product arrived safely.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Weather condition may delay as well the packages.
We optimize packaging to reduce freight cost but we guarantee that the packaging is properly done to guarantee the integrity of the Roses.
We only accept returns in its original packaging. Client has to notify a return with 24hrs of receiving of the merchandise. Shipping return cost is not covered by Fleur&Sense.
If accepted, we can also partially replace items damaged so that you keep your arrangement.
We can gladly exchange the product or give a partial refund for damaged product in transit.
We cannot refund any orders sent to a wrong addresses, community mailboxes or PO Boxes. Make sure to add all the details like Unit#, Appt #, etc..
In case a package is returned to us, we can always resend it at the clients charge. No refunds will be done for shipping costs.
We always send our packages with a signature, someone needs to be present at the delivery time. If not courrier will leave a notification and the client will have to pick up the order at the courrier's warehouse.
Custom orders are preapproved by the client. Once approved, unfortunately we will not issue refunds.
